The service and these terms
Business mailing/contact address: Melade LLC, 311 Harrisburg Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603, United States.
live.link is operated by Melade LLC, formed in Pennsylvania, United States, for creating, saving, previewing and publishing supported websites and documents and using authorized agent tools. Contact info@live.link about these terms, support or abuse.
This draft describes proposed rules for using the service and remains subject to legal review. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Product documentation describes supported functionality and limits; marketing examples or roadmap items do not mean a feature is available in your account.
Your content and the permission needed to operate
You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You grant us permission to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display that material as needed to provide the service, carry out your instructions, enforce security and meet legal obligations. This includes using service providers for those tasks and delivering published content to your selected audience. It is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use your name as an endorsement.
You must have the rights, notices and permissions needed for what you upload, generate, collect and share. Those responsibilities include third-party copyright, trademarks, confidentiality, personal information and any data collected through supported forms. If you provide content about another person, ensure you have a lawful basis to do so. Do not place passwords, private keys, confidential records or personal information you are not entitled to disclose in a public link.
Software, templates and brand materials supplied by us remain subject to their applicable rights or licenses. Open-source components can have separate license terms. AI output may be similar to other output and may not qualify for exclusive legal protection; we do not guarantee ownership, uniqueness or freedom from infringement merely because a model generated it.
Publishing, revisions and access
Saving work and publishing it are separate actions. Publishing selects a saved version for the chosen audience; a later revision does not necessarily replace the live version until published. Review the version and audience before approving a publication. Anyone who obtains a public link may access and copy its content, and a difficult-to-guess URL is not a confidentiality guarantee.
Turning a publication off limits later access through that publication, but does not erase saved versions or copies already obtained elsewhere. A link, slug or custom feature is not a perpetual availability guarantee. Features and limits may change, and future features are not supplied until released. Keep independent backups of important content.
AI, agents and application limits
AI functions process the relevant instructions and content through providers when requested. Generated content or code can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or unsuitable. Review and test it before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for factual claims, pricing, disclosures and legal compliance in your content. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice, and live.link does not promise business outcomes, revenue or an error-free application.
Only supported application and document formats run on the service. Publishing frontend files does not mean arbitrary backend code, external integrations, payments or persistent databases are available. Connected tools or AI providers can have their own limits and terms. Do not bypass a missing feature, authentication requirement or approval check by placing privileged credentials in client-side content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; phish or steal credentials; commit fraud or impersonation; exploit or sexually harm children; distribute non-consensual intimate imagery; threaten or harass people; disclose private information unlawfully; or infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other workspaces, evade usage limits, overload the service, or test destructive security techniques without authorization.
Report abuse or a security concern to info@live.link with enough information to locate the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary private content or secrets. We may restrict content or access, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, investigate violations or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and provide a way to request review. This is not a promise to monitor or pre-approve all published content.
If you report intellectual-property infringement, identify the work, the specific live.link address, your contact information and why you are entitled to report it. We may request information needed to assess the report. This contact process does not claim registration of a statutory copyright agent or guarantee a particular legal remedy.
Third-party services and reader relationships
Identity, hosting, security and AI providers help deliver the service. Your separate accounts or optional third-party integrations may be governed by those providers' terms. A publisher's dealings with readers, customers or recipients remain the publisher's responsibility. Hosting content does not make live.link a party to the publisher's estimates, advice, sales or other promises.
Beta availability and future charges
The service is in beta. Features can be unavailable, paused, limited or changed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, a particular response time or a service-level commitment unless separately agreed in writing.
These terms do not enroll you in a paid plan or authorize an automatic charge. Any future paid offering must disclose applicable price, billing frequency, limits, cancellation and refund terms before purchase or renewal authorization. Do not rely on an illustrative pricing example as a currently available offer.
Ending use, responsibility and disputes
You may stop using the service and request account closure at info@live.link. Ending access, revoking a link or closing an account does not necessarily erase records immediately; the Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion. Obligations necessary to address earlier conduct, protect rights and comply with law can continue after access ends.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, beta service is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every requirement, remain uninterrupted or produce accurate results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Contact info@live.link with a dispute so it can be reviewed; that request does not restrict a right to seek lawful remedies.
We will identify changes to these terms and their effective date and provide any notice or renewed agreement required by law. A new feature with additional obligations may require separate terms. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.
